Professional Summary

​As a recent graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, I have spent the past four years honing my skills in magazine journalism and creative writing while balancing multiple professional roles.

During my senior year, I served as the Lead Producer for The NewsHouse multimedia website’s Life and Style section, where I was responsible for editing and proofreading articles, utilizing WordPress, and generating story ideas for the writing staff. These experiences have not only prepared me for a professional career as a magazine news editor, they have also equipped me with the skills to thrive in a multitude of fast-paced work environments requiring skills like; project management, strong writing capabilities, research, interviewing skills, and graphic design. 

Recently, I completed an internship as an Administrative Intern for LA Metro's Talent Development Department, where I gained further experience in event planning, graphic design, team leadership, and project coordination.

In my position as a Circulation Desk Assistant at Syracuse University’s Bird Library, I’ve demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in both academic and work settings throughout my four years at Syracuse.
